These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CMXSC website and our services, including Wraparound Care. By using this website or enrolling in our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Website Access
1.1 You do not need to register to access most sections of this website. However, certain areas or services may only be accessible if you register an account with us.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access to any part of this website without prior notice.
2. Use of Website
2.1 This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 You may print or download material from this website for personal use, provided you do not modify, copy, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3. Wraparound Care Provisions
3.1 Temporary Placement

Enrolment in Wraparound Care services is provided on a temporary basis, subject to availability and adherence to our behaviour policies.
3.2 Behaviour Policy

We maintain strict standards to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Non-negotiable Removal: If a child's behaviour risks the safety or enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to remove them from care without notice.
3.3 Late Collection Policy

Parents/guardians must collect their child by the designated end time. A late collection fee of £5 for every 5 minutes will apply if your child is not collected on time. Fees are due before the next session.
3.4 Cancellation and Booking Changes

Cancellations: Bookings are non-refundable. However, we offer a one-time free booking transfer to another date, subject to availability.

Misuse of Voucher Codes: Any misuse of promotional codes will result in your account being blocked.
3.5 Respect for Staff

Disrespectful behavior towards our staff—whether in person, by phone, or email—will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if this policy is violated.
4. Website Uptime and Maintenance
4.1 We strive to keep the website operational at all times but are not liable for temporary downtime due to technical issues or maintenance.
4.2 We aim to provide advance notice of maintenance but are not obligated to do so.

Refunds, cancellations and minimum age policy
Covid 19:
From 1st September 2020, all school clubs that are cancelled due to the government closing of schools in the event of a '' lock down'' will be carried over to the next term or available date when schools re-open. *** Please continue to check our terms and conditions as they will be constantly reviewed and updated in line with government guidelines***
Name change:
If for some reason the name on the booking needs to be changed, please do so no more than one week before the start date of the course.
All name change requests can be made to anna@cmxsc.co.uk.
Minimum:
Participants must be 4 years or older to book a place on one of our lessons, active camps or wraparound care.
Liability:
We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:
i) The fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of his/her party or
ii) The fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your placement which we could not have predicted or avoided or
iii) An event of circumstance that we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not have predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care
iv) The fault of anyone who is not carrying out work for us (generally or in particular) at the time.
Bookings on placements are accepted on the understanding that you appreciate the possible risks inherent in working in difficult conditions, remote locations, extreme climate conditions.
In addition, we will not be responsible where you do not enjoy your placement or suffer any problems because of a reason you did not tell us about when you booked your placement or where any problems you suffer did not result from any breach of our contract or other fault of ourselves or, where we were responsible for them, our suppliers or agents or where any losses, expenses, costs or other sum you have suffered relate to any business.
Please note we cannot accept responsibility for any services, which do not form part of our contract. This includes, for example, any additional services or facilities.
